Jimmy and I have been experimenting with cooking... tonight's dinner was Goliath: the pizza. We made a ricotta and portabella mushroom pizza (sauce and crust from scratch ala Lauren). Unfortunately, Goliath was over three inches thick and our stomachs were dwarfed in comparison. C'est la vie... tonight's my Friday night (I get Thurs night-Friday off before work at 8am on Saturday) so naturally we're watching Sex and the City. After a several month long addiction to Scrubs, one has to take a break. :) In a busy place like Minneapolis, it's nice to take a break sometimes and cuddle with your kittens.
Speaking of living in the city, one of my favorite things to do is ride the bus and people-watch. I've never lived in such a diverse place and I love being around (and occasionally talking to) all kinds of different people. It's wonderful to be able to hop on a bus, head to Uptown or downtown or wherever and not be chained to a car. We have lots left to explore, but it's way fun to be so much closer to everything.

life in the city both has it's good and bad things.. I am happy to live in a tiny city, but I hate the place.. homesick and I want to be in Geilo.. oh well! I am glad you are having a good time. miss you tons! xoxoxo
I also loved taking the bus when I was in the Cities and people watching. It was definitely the most diverse place I'd lived too and I enjoyed every minute of it.
